Boxing Classes

Anyone out there who wants to get fit and use their wellbeing hour to attend boxing/boxercise classes at Dyffryn Boxing ABC, Pendorlan Avenue, Colwyn Bay,
WG colleagues meet every Friday 12-1pm.
£5 per class but if you purchase a block of 10 for £50 then you can claim back £13 from CSSC.
There is a good mix of male/female attendees and all capabilities are welcome. Happy to talk to anyone who wants any more information on what’s involved/encouragement to attend.
